Iyom Lady Clem Okorji, KSJI, is a respected servant-leader, nurse practitioner, and community advocate whose life centers on caregiving, education, and service. Born into the Agogbua family, she has long demonstrated leadership—from school prefects and Red Cross president in Nigeria to advancing nursing leadership in the United States, where she has progressed from RN Supervisor to Unit Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing.

She holds a BSN in Nursing Administration from Imo State University and holds dual MSN degrees in Adult-Gerontology and Mental Health, with pursuits toward a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Her professional work spans Mainline Medical Group and Genesis Healthcare, and her public service extends to founding and leading organizations such as NAMYAUSA and NNAPAC, chairing professional and philanthropic initiatives, and driving community projects, including healthcare access for uninsured individuals, widow support, and church-based service. A dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and devout Catholic, she remains actively engaged with the Catholic Women’s Organization and other faith-based and women-focused groups, inspiring collaboration, resilience, and youth empowerment across the diaspora.
